We started the process 2 times because we changed our minds. John was very understanding and was mainly looking out for our best interest. When we contacted him again the 2nd time around, he was able to retrieve most of our information. We did have to go into the office to complete a new application, but that was not a problem for us. We are most grateful for his "can do attitude" .

I HAVE USED WELLS FARGO MORTGAGE COMPANY FOR A HOME LOAN. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT, THEY RETURNED ALL OF MY PHONE CALLS FAST, AND WERE ABLE TO GIVE ME ALL INFORMATION THAT I NEEDED. IT WENT VERY SMOOTH WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS BECAUSE THEY WERE ALWAYS ONE STEP AHEAD.
