We Fix Ugly Pools Arizona

Ongoing Nightmare! Huge mistake hiring WeFUP to remodel my pool. Contract includes thousands in unpermitted Taxes and fees. Going on 5 months and they are nowhere close to being done. They used high pressure to get the contract signed, started the demo work immediately. Once the chip out was completed, they collected $28,000. They got the money and work stopped. I received no communications from anyone. After a month went by, I called and was told they have been really busy working other projects and needed to send a change order for additional work needed after the chip out revealed defects in the structure of my pool. No discussion. This added another $13,000. Two weeks later, someone finally showed up, worked a day and a half. Another month passed, showed up, worked 3 days. That was March 12, 25. They have completed almost $20,000 of the $28,000. They never had any intention of being finished by est completion date. Owner is dishonest, unethical, poor communication. Do NOT hire!

Incredible high-quality work and care went into our pool remodel, a along wth element customer service and communication. The team is professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and trust-worthy. They took my old broken and aging pool and transformed it. Highly highly recommend this team and company! They did superb work at a fair price and provided expert guidance and communication at every step of the process.
