Rod is an outstanding plumber. He is honest, very clear about what is needed and what is unnecessary, does a lot of research on his own to find the best prices, beat the prices on fixtures I was able to find on-line. He is extremely careful, very neat and exacting. He works smoothly and doesn't stop until the job is totally satisfactory to all involved. He is resourceful and creative when encountering "unique" plumbing situations.
