And the end is the problem.
We were selling the house and when we got an accepted offer, we discontinued the service. Surprise! Mike disconnected the pump on our service and the service light was on.
He changed completely the program setup by the pool builder forcing us to call another pool service company to fix this and pay them.
My recommendation? Do you want to hire him? Yes you can but don't discontinue the service ever. Because for sure he will do something to your pool.
"[Memeber Name Removed] claim that I disconnected the pool light is simply not true. At the request of [Member Name Removed](the person in his household that set up service and most my contact was though) the last day of service was to be February 24, 2016. No reason was given for the termination of service, i assumed it had to do with the sale of the house, as it's was for sale. I didn't have any issue with them terminating service, my company serves over 125 pools weekly and it's not unusual to lose a house to a sale. Both during and after my relationship with them they never reached out to me regarding the pool light or any other issues. I strive to provide the very best service and work hard to resolve any issues that may arise. Mr Calis' claim is simply not accurate or true. Mike Sullivan"
