Victor’s Landscaping completely took advantage of my Senior parents. They paid for monthly service for yard clean up and Victor’s completely dropped the ball month after month. The dead plants and overgrown bushes are clearly evident that Victor’s didn’t care about their work. Each time we complained, they were told “we will take care of it next time” and as you can expect, next time never came. Their yard looks awful.

Worst landscape company I have ever dealt with. Thousands of dollars spent & my yard looks worse then when I started with them. After 8 months of throwing money down the drain to fix irrigation, grass etc. Still have issues. Leaks, zones that are not working & dead grass. Stay away from this company!

Not well to say the least. If you want the customer to be wrong 90% of the time then hire Victor's. Their bill was incorrect and their customer service is totally lacking. When we agreed to have the landscaping done by Victor's, we informed them that we had a 60 day window to complete the work. Victor said that would not be a problem, but when it wasn't completed, he said they only try to do their best on the timeline. We would not have hired them if we had any notion that we would be outside the timeline. When we would question about the drawing, their reply was it is just an idea. Well the idea would become reality and when we voiced unhappiness, the reply was that we should have told them sooner. On another instance we were very unhappy with the edging around our grass and we were told that they didn't know that we were unfamiliar with the edging. It was their job to make us aware and to provide sample or pictures.

I've used Victor's for the past two years on our Avondale rental properties and they are professional and do a great job! They provide a professional estimate in writing, communicate by phone and email and provide a detailed invoice. Quality of the work is very good. Will continue to use them.

They charge a minimum of $80 per month. I did not use them again this year because my yard is to small for what they wanted so it was not worth the minimum charge. The quality of the work was good and I have no complaints. They were very professional.

The killer was customer service. I was double billed once and had other billing issues that I couldn't seem to find anyone to address them. Unfortunantly, I ultimatly had to see reparations through the BBB and credit card company to recover my money. Not a good experience.
Bottom line: If you use this service, expect to overpay and have to contact their office on a regular basis for billing issues.

Overall Victor's Landscape has done a good job, but the last time they were out, they failed to trim a branch that was broken on our Acacia, and trampled our lantana while trimming our Chinese Elm. While we are considering using them again, we are leary and want to make sure that the work is done as asked, and that our plants are not damaged in the process.
