Electronic Gadget Repair
Brought my ipod classic 5th gen in for a new battery. Staff was very friendly, store was clean and they had a new battery in it in less than a day. Unfortunately, although I have an ipod with a new battery, the case has bends all along both sides from where they pried the case apart. Using the proper technique and tools, I'm told, would have resulted in no bends to the case like this. Very disappointing. Will not use again. Will use an Apple Store next time. Lesson learned.
