Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Sun City, Arizona

Terrible service, they used bait and switch. Would never use this company again.

I have a critter in my yard that is creating a large pile of dirt - not sure what it is. The pile is in the middle of the front yard - you can't miss it. We are snow-birds and are currently back in Washington State. I decided to hire a pest control company to get rid of this thing, and hired Truly Nolen based the good on Angie's List reviews. I paid them for 4 months. They never caught anything. I kept getting pictures from my house maintenance company showing new dirt piles in the same spot (my yard people would clean it up when they came). There were never any traps visible in the photos. I asked - they said they never saw any traps nearby. I called Truly Nolen and asked about the traps. They assured me they would get on it. After wasting $200, I fired them. They not only didn't catch anything, I don't think they even tried. This was a complete waste of money.

Called for estimate. Response was prompt. Inspection was thorough. Rep was very informative and answered our many questions. The technician was friendly, responsive, thorough, and explained all that he was doing. We have a high level of comfort with this service that our termite issue will be eliminated.

They pointed out signs of termites that the other companies failed to notice. The people are friendly and help explain the process and what to expect. They described the different services available and why they use certain methods. They are also competitively priced. We have a warranty with Truly Nolan that we extend every year and recommend them to anyone looking for a termite service provider.
