I was pleased to get Tyler Gross as my technician. He explained what he was going to do to eradicate my pest. The job at hand was not easy but he accomplished everything he said he needed to do. For the most part it went quietly, calm and smooth. He knew what he was doing, I wasn't worried at all. I appreciated his work.

They showed up on time. The employee showed concern about drilling into a wall because he might drill into a water pipe. Checked with boss, drilled into floor. He was a very conscientious young man and explained what he was doing at every step. He was also quite pleasant and a good representative of the company

The Tech was pleasant, helpful, hardworking and did an excellent job of clean up. The job was both inside and outside the house in cold cold weather, required moving a lot of items in the garage and rocks in the garden beds around the house. All of which was restored after the job was finished in the late afternoon near dark of a cloudy day. Great Service!
