I'm so happy to have found this company, they were professional and knowledgeable. I called another company, Arizona Fireplaces and they never returned my phone calls. Tristar came out, serviced my gas fireplace that wasn't working. I found them on Angie's list and saw their reviews both good and bad. I booked appt thru their website and they came out the following week. I saw other reviews and their issues with communication, my tip would be to follow up and communicate thru texts, they will definitely get back to you. Would highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the result of this service call. Brian arrived within the window promised and did a superb job servicing our fireplace. It's working better than ever. (The fireplace was installed during restoration after a fire in our home, and I don't think it was new.) I would not hesitate to hire Tristar again and have already referred them to others. Tristar was able to come the day I called, but I was not available that afternoon. I received a 10% veteran's discount.

. Another company from Angie's list said I needed a $1000 valve. Tristar came out, cleaned the pilot light and it started. will use Tristar again for all my fireplace needs
