Claimed to have years of experience and an approach to inspection sure to be all-inclusive. I was told they'd check drips, emitters, sprinklers, run every appliance in the house, do complete electrical, plumbing, foundation and roof inspection....Top2Bottom. Yeah, well that's not what I got. He finished the inspection in 3 hours. Pointed out a few cosmetic issues, was evasive, provided no written AC report for which I paid an additional $225 for, missed serious issues with plumbing - broken/leaking anti siphon valve, improper electrical wiring not up to code, broken and missing irrigation valves, water leakage and damage in garage, fixtures not even mounted, missing soap dispenser at kitchen sink, just to name a few. I've spent well over 2x his fees fixing issues that he completely missed. This guy may be capable of inspecting a home in the framing stage but he is I'll-equipped and completely unqualified for the work he is doing under this business name. If you want a thorough inspection before making a significant investment in a home/property, hire a real professional. This guy will cause your frustration and only cost you money.
