I will never purchase another property without this team and if you are looking for a home loan, start with this team of professionals. You can trust that the answers they give you will be straight up honest answers that let you make the best choices you can in your particular situation. If they said we would hear back by a certain date, I got an email or a phone call letting me know the status and what was going on. every promise was kept and everything about dealing with the Servais group of OnQFinancial was easy and pleasurable.
Description of Work: Handled my new home purchase financing through VA loan. Handled EVERYTHING! pre-qualified us for a loan and gave us a target price we could afford and that we were going to qualify for without exaggeration. We didn't have to worry that at the last moment we wouldn't clear underwriting. Jason and his team were stand-up people who generally care. Trustworthiness is a scarce commodity in real estate. This group of professionals take the game out of the transaction and just simply do the job. He said he could get my paperwork done and close on a house by a date, and he did what he said he could do. He fought to get me the lowest interest rate available, and he locked it in before the markets rose that morning to protect me.
