Tammy Brockman is an awesome real estate agent.  She is very professional and dedicated to her job.  She helped us find the perfect home that we were looking for and she spent endless hours working with the Seller's agent and the Lender to get the house for us.  Then we listed the home we had been living in with her and she created  a wonderful flyer and an internet listing that really showcased the house.  We had an offer in 5 days and closed on the house in less than three weeks. She was very helpful with finding the right people to get things done on the house we were selling, and also helped us find someone to install new tile, do some roof repairs, and get the pool checked out in the house we bought.  She made a very stressful time of  buying and selling homes into smooth transactions. We highly recommend her if you have a house to sell or if you are looking to buy a home in the Phoenix area.  She has lived here her whole life and is very knowledgeable about this area.
