Excellent, fast service. 
Chuck arrived approximately 90 minutes after I called. Although I had an idea what needed to be done to re-install the cable, I knew someone who was killed by a garage door spring when doing their own adjustments. It's a job that I feel is best left to someone who does it every day. 
Chuck had the cable back on in a few minutes, and proceeded to adjust the door, lube the tracks and opener as well as the motor, and even tested the safety switches. The door operates smoother and quieter than it ever has.  I would reccommend this company to anyone who needs door service or an installation.

On removal company noticed wiring for larger door was not present but failed to inform homeowner. Knew was a house fire and demolition and rewiring had taken place. The lack of communication caused the need to tear down newly hung and painted drywall.  Company owner called and belittled homeowner. Told homeowner the opposite of what the installer had stated. Insisted homeowner accept his version of the facts. Laughed out loud at homeowner when homeowner expressed concerns. Refused to politely end conversation. Homeowner finally had to hang up. After install and payment, for the first time installer noted on invoice there was issue with balance on doors.  Homeowner never timely informed of any such issue. Homeowner is rebuilding house after major fire and has dealt with dozens of subcontractors. This company is by far the most unprofessional, rude and disrespectful company dealt with. Would NEVER use again.

Chuck Mayberry and John were able to carefully remove the door off the van leaving van in great condition. They also un-crumpled the door, added metal bracing, and restored the door to the tracks. It runs better than it did before and looks great. The work was dangerous and it took a lot of technical know how and ingenuity to remove it from the van's ladder rack and restore the door to almost perfect condition. Excellent technical work! The price was so reasonable I couldn't believe. The men were polite and had high integrity. Amazing work! I highly recommend them.
