Since I am a winter only visitor, we had to communicate via phone. Vic kept me informed and summarized all actions after the repairs were made. He also made other good recommendations. He not only knows these types of irrigation systems well, but is quite knowledgeable about the plants and their needs. His prices are beyond reasonable. I'd go to him again in a heartbeat!

HE COULD NOT FIND THE PART HE NEEDED AND RETURNED TO HIS OFFICE TO GET THE PART. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO SERVE ME. HE WAS VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL.
