Cary and his team exceeded my expectations. They took their time painting our entire 1600 square foot home, including the trim, ceilings, doors, closets, and laundry area. They also fixed any dings/holes in the drywall, and repaired a door that had been damaged. For 8 days, they came every morning and on time. It was always the same team, which made us comfortable and secure that we would have consistency. The original paint was a light yellowish brown matte that did nothing for the home - even the ceiling was painted that color. Our home faces North-South, so I needed some help with choosing colors that I liked but didn't make the home feel dark. I've never gone through the process of choosing paint and I'm a perfectionist, and Cary was very patient in helping me decide what finish was most appropriate, recommending a consultation with a color specialist at Dunn Edwards, and even consulting me with colors for the trim, etc. What amazed me the most was that even though my home was a work in progress, at the end of every day no one would have been able to tell - they moved all of the furniture etc back and forth each morning and night, covering it with tarps to ensure nothing was damaged. We never felt displaced. I also felt at ease allowing them to continue and finish our home while we went on a weekend trip in Mexico. When it was all said and done, the house looked amazing - like a brand new home! There were a couple areas that needed touched up, and Cary simply had me do a walk through and point out those areas, which were quickly remedied. As far as any paint spatter, I only found a couple tiny paint drips here and there, and not on the furniture or carpet - just a few on the vanity and baseboards. The team always cleaned up after themselves. I was super impressed with everything! In addition, during the work, I really felt like I got to know Cary and his team. They were all courteous, kind, professional, and fair with price. You truly do get what you pay for. I highly recommend Shoap Interior Works and Painting - you will not be disappointed.

Cary was very proactive in keeping in touch with me. I had given him keys to the house and he and his crew spent the next week there doing the work. He sent me photos of the finished job. Upon arriving at my new home 10 days later I was thrilled with the results. Everything was completed as agreed, the house was clean, no paint spatters anywhere and all debris had been removed. I would definitely recommend Cary and use him again without even thinking of calling someone else. You can't go wrong using his services. Thank you Cary!

Cary and his crew were outstanding. Cary returned my call right away and luckily had a crew available to start the very next week as another job had fallen through. We met to review the job, I provided paint colors, and his crew did the rest and did a fantastic job. Dry wall repair, door touch-ups, all were done extremely well and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Cary Shoaps and his crew arrived an hour early for our appointment and got right to work.  They did a great job prepping for the job.  They beautifully painted the room and cleaned up after themselves.  Cary and his crew are very personable and conscientious and they are also very efficient.  I was so impressed with this company that I am sure they will eventually end up painting every room in my house.  If I could give them an A plus, plus, I would.

Carey and his crew did an awesome job! They fixed a really bad paint job. There was paint all over the ceiling, the shower, the tub, the woodwork. The fixed it all and it looked fantastic! I would hire them again! They were very professional. They were clean and right on time.

There was absolutely no over spray anywhere. The crew paid attention to detail and were very careful and precise. They showed up on time each day and stayed busy working throughout the day. Perfect. Just what I was hoping for.

Cary and his crew were awesome.  Cary kept us informed every step of the way, and his crew did a great job painting.  They were courteous, always on time, and cleaned up every day before they left.  My very picky wife was very pleased with the work done.  The price was reasonable.  They painted one bedroom a second time because we didn't like the first color we chose.  This is a very professional company that aims to please.  We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Amazing experience working with Carrie and his staff.  We highly recommend Shoap Interior Works & Painting, don't think twice about using this vendor.  The job went off without a hitch and the results were better than expected.  We were informed of everything that was going to happen before it happened every step of the way.  They even went above and beyond by locating missing parts, and installing different sized door hardware during a swap.  Our house was not damaged or dirtied in any way, they were careful to use coverings that created a clean room painting environment, no over spray issues and we lost the use of our kitchen for only half a day.  Cost was very reasonable given the amount of work involved.  Carrie is a highly experienced contractor and also often works side-by-side with his staff.  The company has good chemistry, they work well together, and they're also very nice and honest people.  Best vendor / contractor we've ever used, and we plan on referring them and using them as often as possible in the future.  We are more than happy to be used as a referral for anyone that would like to learn more about Shoap Interior Works & Painting.

Cary and his crew, Angel and Antonio were exceptional.  My inital contact with Cary Shoap was the sealer for the deal.  He not only listened carefully to my requests, he explained thorougly the process, the materials used, the amount of time the job would take.  This is what he did throughout the process.  The crew was punctual, professional, meticulous and were very clean leaving no messes.  Cary and his crew are honest and very fair.  The cost of the project was highly competitive and much lower than my other estimates for the same job.  Cary was frequently overseeing the job and providing additional help when needed. They even went above and beyond the job with putting up an unfinished cabinet and a shelf in my kitchen in addition to painting it.  The great thing is that Cary did not charge me for that extra cost to their work. I was so impressed with their work, my rooms, doors, baseboards and kitchen cabinets look marvelous.  I will definitely call Cary again if I need any addtional painting.  He and his crew were a joy to have and I felt complete trust with their work.  Thank you Cary, Angel and Antonio for a job exceptionally done.

Shoap came in on schedule and finished up a few days early.  The work was top-notch.  I was out of town so Cary called me every day after work to let me know the progress.  There were several unanticipated extras that they did at no extra cost.  Cary did much of the work himself and obviously takes pride in his work.  I would definitely use Shoap again. 

The contractor, Cary Shoap, is very knowledgeable, personable and committed to customer service.  I decided to ask him to do demolition of a home built entertainment center made of drywall. He accomplished this, as well as regularly checking in with me to make sure that everything was being well handled.  His workers were excellent and professional. The house looks great! Highly recommend!

Cary and his team were fabulous. I interviewed 3 other painters and Cary's bid was very competitive. He is extremely responsive and customer service focused. They did a great job in painting the entire interior of our new home and were very flexible and accommodating with our needs. I would highly recommend them for any job.

When we first tried to contact the company we got no response for about a week and we were about to move on when we finally got a response indicating the owner was out of town and he apologized for the lack of response. After the initial hiccup the communication completely turned around and we were kept informed of the progress via phone and text. They repaired several nail holes including a few larger holes and painted several rooms and baseboards. They were happy to use our own paint that we had previously purchased and when we realized we had the wrong paint color for the baseboards they quickly went and got a paint match to get the job done. We felt for the work that was done the price was very reasonable and will be using them again once the time comes to paint the outside of our home.

Shoap Interior painted a large portion of our home after we had had extensive drywall repair.  They did an excellent job.  Owner Cary is very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting colors, paint sheens, etc.  His crew was as unobtrusive as possible and cleaned up after themselves when the job was done.  Shoap Interior was not the lowest-priced painter we interviewed, but I was confident they would provide quality work and I was right.  We will definitely look to Shoap Interior again when the need arises.
