They were quick and they did a good job. Price might have been a bit high.

They told me that when I purchased a stove hood, that the motor had to be purchased separately. They didn't tell me that until later. They told me they didn't do installation, and that I would have to hire another company to install it. It was a big mess.

I had to wait 1 1/2 weeks before they actually came back to install it because they had to order it. They did unlock it so I could get the food out. They were prompt about getting someone out the next day after I called. They talked me into buying a stinking warranty. It seemed like the price was a little higher than a locking mechanism should have cost. There were two different technicians that came out each time. They both tried to sell me stuff which was kind of irritating. I would probably use them again.
