Joe came out to give me a quote on replacing the SUN screens for  those that appeared "threadbare."  We scheduled the work for the following week.  Joe called me the night before he was to do the work to ask if I was available for him to do the work in the morning instead of the scheduled afternoon.  That worked out better for me.  He arrived on time and we walked around the house again to confirm the scope of work that we had discussed previously.  The windows on the front and sides of the house that received the hottest, most direct sun each day got the 90% mesh, while the others got the 80% screen.  What a difference it has made in the temp of the rooms inside the house.  So glad I finally did this.  These new screens also enhanced the look of our newly painted house exterior.
Joe is very professional and came in, did the job and got the work done.  It took about 2 hours all together and the screens look fantastic.  Thanks Joe!  I will definitely call again when I need to do the other window screens.

Joe has been doing screening for many years and is a real pro - listens when you tell him what it is you want, explains how he will accomplish it for you,does an excellent and professional job exactly when he says he will do it!

I was very pleased with the screen door.  

However, within 48 hours, I walked into the screen door. I was so annoyed at myself. I called Dean and he came by over the weekend while we were out and fixed it. Apparently, the screen itself did not tear but popped out of the frame. He put the screen back and did not leave a bill.  I called and left him a thank you message and asked for a bill.  I never got the bill.  I really appreciate someone who would go beyond the initial agreement to help a customer out.  I would recommend him to everyone.  Thanks, Dean!

A QUICK, NICE JOB BY JOE. HE CAME EARLY, FINISHED EARLY, AND CHARGED LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE. THE PHONE ESTIMATING PROCESS LEFT A LITTLE TO BE DESIRED (THE GAL COULDN'T QUITE UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT), BUT JOE HAS EVERYTHING HE NEEDS WITH HIM, SO WHEN HE COMES, THE JOB GETS DONE!
