Our home air conditioner started blowing hot air late on a Friday night. My husband phoned Ruehle Air, spoke with Bill Ruehle and told him the problem. Bill advised us to turn the unit off. We made an appointment for early the next morning, and he arrived right on time and immediately got to work replacing the capacitor, which he had with him.
In a short time he was finished and asked us to turn on the A/C to test it out. We were so relieved to feel cool air again--thankful that we and our pets didn't have to endure an extremely hot house that day!
We appreciate that Bill was professional, answered our questions, and worked efficiently. He didn't try to sell us a new A/C unit, even though ours has seen better years. When we do need a new unit, we will buy it from Ruehle Air for sure.
