Robert Taylor's Window Cleaning

He said he was going to come back later. He took all the screens off but did not wash them. He said as a courtesy to me he put them back on and wash them. He took 6 screens off. My neighbor across the street made arrangements to put her screens back on and he was going to do ours at the same time. He set up a time to come back for us and put them back on. He claimed that he had already cleaned the screens when he took them off, but he did not. Both my husband and I heard him say he would wash them when he came back. He texted me that he would be here Monday and I have never heard from him again. He never washed the screens and never came back to put them on. Now I have to pay someone else to put the screens back up. Bad business on his part. He lost 2 customers as my friend who used him had the same problem.
