+ -1 moreDiscovered a water leak inside my garage wall which required shutting off the water. Called Reddi Services after reviewing them on Angie’s List and spoke to Ken at 10:30 am. Ken checked the service area and said that he could have someone out after 2pm today. I received a text confirming the appointment. At 4pm, after not hearing anything, I again called and spoke to Ken. He assured me that someone would be out today. At 6 pm I received a call from Lori informing me that I was outside of the service area and no one would be coming out. I told her that I spoke to Ken twice and he assured me that I was scheduled today. She said that she didn’t have the authority to schedule someone. I requested that she contact the manager, Chase Gravett and have him call me tonight. No call from Chase. I highly recommend not using this company.
