He is a retinologist. He is an excellent doctor. He explains everything to you. If you have any questions, he will go over everything with you. He is really thorough. I had an eye surgery when he was on vacation. One of the other doctors in his office did the surgery and he did a good job. The whole office is good. I have dealt with two other doctors there while Dr. Quinlan was on vacation. My insurance pays for his services. I would continue to use his services in the future.
