Always on time, never cuts corners, does the extra things that show you matter as a customer. If you have a pool, I highly recommend Psalm Pools. Norm goes above what's expected to make sure all aspects of my pool are working as they should and looking great... and he does it with a cheerful attitude, even when it is 112 degrees outside!
