ProLine Flooring

I'll probably give them 3 stars for the job that they did. The cost was in line with other companies, they did the stairs in a day for 6 hours but unfortunately when you look at the job it's not completed, there were some damages too, and the other main thing was there should have been caulking done on the stairs there's a gap between the baseboards and the floor. The stairs looks good but when you look at the detail it wasn't good. The customer service was not good either and I have to finish the job my self. I could not recommend them because they didn't do the service that's why I cannot give Proline a good review. He forgot to tell me between the gap and the floor, I should have been told about the imperfection. I do have pictures of what they did and when compared after I fixed the problem, it's totally different.

They were quick to respond. I was working with a short timeline. They made it work started the next day, worked late nights and got the project done by the day they said they would. Would hire again and highly recommend.

The team had a good attitude. They worked hard. They did great work. Very straightforward and honest.
