Very courteous and prompt service, it was only supposed to be an inspection for the purpose of a mortgage refinance but to my surprise there was some minor signs of termite activity and they scheduled a spot treatment that same week. Technicians were very polite, knowledgeable and I felt they were extremely helpful in all aspects. Very satisfied with their services.

Been using Craig and his team for several years now after seeing them service a neighbor. The price was reasonable for regular monthly pest service and guaranteed. Fortunately we've never had to call them back. We've also set up a semi-annual weed control and have seen a weed since. Been using them for both home and business. Checked around and their price and punctuality can't be beat

The exterminator came out on said appt.  But, they they automatically set me up for monthly service even though I did not ask for monthly service.  I stated I would call when I needed service.  Do not return phone calls.

I have used Phoenix Exterminating for many years. They come every 2 months and spray the outside. They do call to remind me of service. They are always prompt and professional.
I don't have them spray inside because I haven't had a problem inside. Spraying outside keeps bugs out of the inside. Very good service.
I usually make sure things are picked up and away from the wall of the screened in back porch.
If there is something I don't want sprayed I tell them and they don't spray there.

They arrived at the scheduled time and sprayed inside and out. The treatment was effective and I have not seen any pest in or around my house since their visit. I will be calling them again and would refer them to others. Their price is reasonable and their service was thorough.
