The service would be an F. I would not probably use them again.

I chose to use them because I own a Ford so I go to a Ford dealership and they are close. They are reasonable as reasonable as any and I get good service there when I go. So, I have no reason to go anywhere else. Their price is no higher than anybody else. They respond pretty well to you when you need something. They are always on time; pretty much on time on what they say. They are professional.

The work went as planned but they were busy and I needed a little more personal service. Price was a dealer price. They guarantee their work and it was done on time and per the agreed upon price. I felt like since my vehicle was not a new vehicle, I was not getting the same response.

I brought my car in for an oil change because the oil change is covered by my extended warranty. Every time I bring my car in for service, the service center tells me my car needs work that ranges from $80 to several hundred dollars. On more than one occasion they have told me i needed a service that I declined at the time, and I then brought my car to a repairman I trust for the recommended service. In the most recent and last time I had my oil changed at Peoria Ford, they told me i needed my rotors resurfaced, a new tire, my coolant fluid exchanged, and my brake fluid exchanged. I declined and a couple weeks later teh dealer called me to see if I would like to come in for the service and receive a 10% discount. I brought my car to Coury's Automotive for the work, and my car didn't need any of the work the dealer recommended. Because of my experience, I will never buy another Ford car, and I let my friends know to stay clear of this dealer for service, because they are not honest.
