Terrible. Currently pursuing legal action. They punctured our table too replacing screws after they removed the base, broke a tv by improperly loading it and protecting it (they told me in writing no boxing was needed just blankets), ruined a box spring by not using mattress cover we provided, much scratched furniture, etc. Owner refused to discuss and I was forced to pursue legally. I asked if he was concerned about reviews and he said he has to much business and he hopes people listen. Very unprofessional.

2 employees showed up on time, were very friendly and moved the furniture without incident. They quoted a price over the phone and thats the price I paid. I would use these guys again.

They were absolutely excellent. They never stopped for a moment. They had the proper mobile trucks and they were just excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

If this is the Firemen Movers company in Surprise, AZ, WE LOVED these guys! We cannot say enough good things about them. They were strong, helpful, CAREFUL; They tried to put things where we asked, and, when the couch did not fit, they had no problems putting it somewhere else. They were cheerful, efficient. We actually tipped them an extra $200 because they moved us so fast, and with so much stuff, we felt they deserved it - and we still stayed in our moving budget! They are the only moving company I would ever consider using in the future. They were friendly, accomodating and moved everything quickly. They packed everything great and they didn't break a single thing. Wonderful!

They were actually a little early. They worked very hard to finish the move on schedule. They were very careful with my furniture, making sure that nothing was damaged. They also helped put a bed together and they were always willing to lend a hand.
