Chuck was punctual and very professional. Everything was done as expected.

The company representative came to my home and took measurements of the shelves that were needed. Despite that he was preparing to leave town for a weekend trip, he stayed and not only cut the glass but then delivered it back to our home, all within an hour. I was absolutely amazed with how quickly he was able to get the job done and his pricing was so much less than other companies that I had received quotes from. I would definitely use these guys again, they are wonderful!

I have actually used this company several times on a few properties. The owner is Chuck and he is the person who answers the phone to schedule and the person that shows up to do the work. I have worked with handymen, window cleaners, drywallers, painters, etc and have never found anyone as consistent as Chuck. From start to finish, he does what he says he will. He shows up on time and he is professional. He sticks to the price quoted even when unexpected costs arise.

Fast, clean and no problems

Open the garage to leave for work and one of the windows just fell right out and smashed to the ground. After putting a band-aid on of cardboard and aluminum foil, I called around to several window and/or garage repair places. Each place I called either referred me to a glass shop or a garage shop and was told I either needed to replace the whole top panel where the glass was or the entire garage door. Since I rent and have to pay for any repairs up front and get reimbursed later I wasn't willing to go that route. I finally called NU-View and got an immediate response. I explained what happened and the owner said he may or may not be able to fix it, but based on my description he gave me a quote of $125. The issue would be whether or not the frame was intact and how hard it would be to get the new piece of glass in. There was a chance they wouldn't be able to fix it but would come out and look at it - only to charge me if they were able to make it work. If it wouldn't work, they had a garage installation company that they work with that he could set up and appointment for me - in the even the whole panel needed to be replaced.

Called on Friday and was able to get an appointment first thing Monday (a holiday). They were a tad early, which is fine and very professional. They took a look and were able to make it work - the frame was intact and maleable enough to get the new glass in without any issues and they sealed it so now it's more sturdy than the other 3 windows that remain. I paid the price I was quoted and they were in and out of there in 30 minutes! Not sure if the price for an 18x36 piece of glass is worth $125, but it sure beats paying for a new garage door!

I would use them again, but, I would get several quotes first. Their price was out of line compared to other glass companies. They were punctual and reasonably professional.

They were fast and on time which I appreciated greatly. I think the price was way too high, but I'm used to the Seattle area. The same window up there would have been about $150, or $10 per square foot. I was shocked when I found out the price from Nu-View Glass. Unfortunately I was in a bind and needed it done right away, which they did. I would recommend them, but I would get some additional bids before having them go ahead and do the work!
