As stated above, the work was done in one day and we are extremely satisfied. The unit is quiet and does a great job.

I had just purchased my Townhome and the a/c went out and it was over 100 degrees inside.
It was a Saturday morning when I called him. He said he had appointments all day but would squeeze me in that afternoon.
He was extremely courteous and considerate on the phone and in person.
He called me to let me know he was on his way and when he would arrive.
The a/c unit is 40 years old. I know this because I had just had the Townhome inspected when I bought it.
He brought down the 2 very, very old broken components and showed me what was broken (without my asking him to do this).
He had the replacement parts in his truck and had the a/c working very quickly.
He did not try to sell me a new a/c unit, which due to it's age, he could have done that.
His prices are very fair for the work he did, and considering it was a Saturday and an emergency call.
The second time I hired him was when my heat did not turn on in the winter.
I had installed a programmable thermostat and he quickly determined it was the wrong model for my unit. He had one in his truck that would work with the 40 year old unit and installed it very quickly for me.
HIs prices are extremely fair. I looked up the thermostat he installed and it was the same price he charged me.
His billing statements show the exact charges. The labor and parts are specified and you know what you are being charged for.
