These are the facts and I have all the invoices to prove it: I Used Mast for my AC service for over 20 years with excellent service. The company sold and the problems began. I bought a new 5 ton TRANE AC from them at a cost of $5,000 and within 5 years I had spent well over $2,000 for repairs on what was supposed to have been a NEW air conditioner. When I asked for the original invoice and warranty on the unit and questioned if they had sold me a used unit, Jim Mullins became very defensive and refused to continue to service the unit or do business with me. Apparently customer loyalty means nothing to these folks.

They were wonderful. They showed up on time and professionally diagnosed the problem ---- and the repair was minor compared to what we thought it would probably be. It ended up being the fan motor that went out. An unscrupulous company might have said that we needed a new compressor or a new unit. They had us up and running again the same day!

They took out the old air conditioner and installed the new one. I have used them previously also. They do very good work. They get it right the first time, but they are not inexpensive.

Mast was a pleasure to deal with at all stages. They were fair on their pricing, came exactly when they said they would, brought a whole crew and were in and out in about two days. My contact person was Chris. He was always available to me and helped me any way he could. I live in California. The property I own is in Phoenix, Arizona. It's hard to find people you can trust from so far away. I do rely on Angie's List all the time. The reports on Mast Air Inc., were accurate and I couldn't be happier with their services. Over all it was a nightmare with three contractors involved before the problem was fixed. I joined Angie's List just to resolve this issue.

I was very impressed with their knowledge of the system. They took the time to tell me about it and gave me some tips about the best way to maintain it. They came out the same day that I called them and did the work quickly. The air conditioner is running great now.

Mast Air does top quality work. They gave us a quote one day and were out the next day to complete the job. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

They checked it out and said they needed to replace the motor. He said he would be back the next day, and he came the time he said he would. He replaced the motor, and it runs perfectly now. I am very satisfied.

My previous air-conditioning contractor, which also offered an annual maintenance contract, was an outfit called One-Way. Every single time One-Way would show up, their technician would find several pricey things that he claimed needed to be fixed, and he would tell me that any time now I would have to buy a new unit. Oddly, Masts technicians have NEVER found anything wrong in their routine visits. Not only that, but they tell me the unit should run trouble-free for another five to ten years. They inspect and service the unit twice a year. Since they took over the job, I have had no major problems with the air conditioner or heater and no significant expenses. Minor questions have been attended to promptly and at modest cost. The only conclusion I can come to is that Mast is an honest company that treats its customers fairly.
