MARK'S ULTRA STEAM CARPET CARE

Mark's company was the first to really respond to my inquiry about cleaning my carpet. He has really good equipment and a tried-and-true process. He was a little bit late but called twice to let me know he was running behind.The job was done thoroughly and quickly and he gave pointers on the work done and what I was supposed to do to make it go well from my side. No problems came up and the price was really fair, I thought. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mark did an amazing job. I called him with just a few days notice and had a specific day that I needed him to come out (after we closed on the house but before we started painting and moving in). He arranges his schedule by parts of town and was able to make to my part of town that day. He showed up on time and was very curtious. We had friends that had seen the new house and recommended getting new carpets instead of cleaning them. We have used Mark in the past and knew that he could work wonders. He made the carpets look fantastic! All the black ink stains (on light cream carpet) came out, all the dirt traffic areas were restored to the original color (although some of the carpet strands were crushed from wear so the wear pattern is still somewhat visisble). Mark was even able to get most of the rust stain out (even though it was in a tight niche in the master closet). On top of that the carpets dried by the time I returned to the house early the next morning. It has been about a month since we had Mark clean the carpets and there has not been any new dirt. coming back so it seems like there is no residue. We have used Mark since 2000 when we moved into our old house. We weren't lucky enough to schedule him first that time at the previous house and the carpet cleaner we had hired (from a flyer) left our carpets soaking wet and full of residue that collected dirt so that the carpets had to be cleaned again in a matter of a couple of months. Mark was able to get the residue out that the previous carpet cleaners had left behind. We have recommended Mark to several friends and everyone who has hired him has told me that they became happy repeat customers.

I (AND MY NEIGHBORS)HAVE USED THIS CARPET SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES. EVEN THOUGH HE IS ON THE WESTSIDE, HE DOES MAKE TRIPS OUT TO THE GILBERT AREA. VERY EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. DOESN'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
