I have been a customer for several years and have my house cleaned on a monthly basis. I highly recommend Denise, she is awesome and has been cleaning my house almost the entire time I have used Mari's! Denise has incredible attention to detail, very friendly, and always checks with me to make sure I am happy before leaving. Any time I point out specific areas I want her to address, she always amazes me with how she can make spots come out I never thought possible, i.e. water spots on stainless showerhead. She gets them sparkling clean!! I like the green cleaning products she uses too, because I have allergies and a lot of cleaning agents cause me problems. But not with her products, it smells clean, but not overpowering. Thank you Denise for your outstanding customer service and quality of work you do, you take pride in your work and I appreciate that! Thank you Mari for having such a great worker, great cleaning products, and charging a reasonable price for housecleaning, and helping me get scheduled with Denise!

They take a lot of pride in doing a little extra. I love the way they fold the toilet paper and add a thank you for using Mari's sticker. They also brought us cookies one time as a thank you. They arrive on time and the pricing is very fair. The only part of the process I would like to see improved is to have someone consistently answering incoming calls for scheduling. There is a bit of back and forth via texts for making appointments which isn't ideal but also not the end of the world. I would highly recommend Mari's for regular or one off cleaning!

Mari's agency has been cleaning my house on a biweekly basis for years know. They have provided excellent service and if there was ever a problem, Mari rectified it immediately.  They have also provided window cleaning on a less regular schedule.  I could not recommend Mari's any more highly.

We have been customers of Mari's Property Management for awhile and after experiencing other housekeeping services have been pleased with the overall quality of the cleaning service provided by Mari's teams.  While you do not always have the same team, their is a consistency to the cleaning through Mari's management and communication.
The teams are punctual, friendly and want to do a good job.  We currently have monthly service and are very satisfied each time the team completes the housecleaning.

Mari is prompt, professional, and extremely helpful. She even gave me tips to keep my costs down. Her staff arrived promptly, worked thoroughly and consistently, and even let me take a nap! They cleaned things I didn't even know I had.

Job wasn't very good. Some parts of our house were cleaned very well but others were missed. Rate seemed very high for the quality of work - we were charged by time per person.
