He is so honest. ?So professional. ?I wish I had a mechanic like him. He cleaned in out, but showed my husband how to do it. He said if you do this every few months, you won't have a problem with it and won't have to call someone out. ?It will save you money.

I have never felt so comfortable recommend a person to someone. ?He is just so honest and professional. He is so forth right. He doesn't have a lot of advertising. He doesn't underbid to underbid. ?He doesn't even know the bid. ?The other company told me I needed a new unit. ?He came out and told me it was the capacitor. ?It went from $6,000 to $200. Mark and Joey, especially Mark are amazing. I have used them at my mother in laws.?I asked my supervisor if he knew anyone for a/c unit, he gave me their number and I haven't looked back. I think Mark is just such an amazing professional. He is so honest, I don't even question what he says. ?If he said I needed a new unit, I would get a new unit. Another company told me I needed a new $8,000 unit. ?I called him for a second opinion. ?He said he didn't see a Freon leak, but the unit wasn't working so good. He could put in the spray chemical to stop the leaks. But it could go good or bad, he explained it to me. ?He brought it out of the truck and charged me like 10 bucks. ?But it in, I said it was worth a chance. ?It still works like a champ.

They are excellent. I have them over twice a year when the seasons change. They are ?NOT? gougers, they are very fair. If they weren?t good, if they weren?t an ?A?, I wouldn?t have them back.?If I?m alive and they?re alive, I will use them again.

I HAVE USED MARK FOR ALL AC REPAIRS FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND FINALLY HAD TO REPLACE THE OLD UNIT. HIS QUOTE WAS THE LOWEST (AND I GOT 5) AND THE UNIT IS A TRANE. HE SCHEDULED THE JOB QUICKLY AT MY CONVENIENCE AND WAS ON TIME. THE JOB WAS DONE PERFECTLY WITH ALL THE MESS CLEANED UP. YOU COULD NOT TELL HE HAD EVEN BEEN THERE.

HE IS WONDERFUL, ALWAYS DOES A GREAT JOB. HE DOES NOT TRY TO SELL YOU THINGS YOU DON'T NEED. HE IS VERY PERSONABLE AND HONEST. I HAVE USED HIM FOR YEARS.
