Mark is awesome to work with! He really knows his stuff! He was on time! Very professional! Punctual! Great price. I definitely would recommend and use Maranatha for all my heating and cooling needs. I had several quotes for the exact same unit, but with a much higher price tag.

My wife and I were completely impressed with Mark and his honesty.  He explained everything and what needed to be serviced, made suggestions and didn't try to sell us anything.  He was very clean, professional, knowledgeable  and well organized.  Will definitely hire again for continued service and recommend. 

i emailed him via his website which said i would get a response within 24 hours. nothing happened so i called him about four days later and he informed me he didn't check his email that often. after getting an appt time, he told me to email him my address and he would be by between 10 and 11. at about 11:20 i called and he told me he never got the email but agreed to come out in a couple of hours. he and a worker came by, were both extremely pleasant, did the required work, and gave me my angie's list discount. i called him back later but he never returned my call so i had to call agian but he answered my questions

It seems to be working great. The price was right! I can't recall the exact price. I have never shopped for an air conditioner before. I have nothing to compare it to.

He is one of the most honest contractors I have ever met. He will not say you need something done when you don't. I have always found him to be fair, honest, and he is very righteous indiviual. He is an excellent heating and AC repairman.

They show up when they say they will. They do a good job and are honest. We recommend them to all of our neighbors and have been using them for a long time.

The year prior My unit was not cooling.  The fan had to be replaced. 
This year it stopped working in the heat of the summer.
Mark the owner came out, told me the air compressor was shot, the unit was close to 37 years old
and needed replacing. In 1 1/2 days he had a crane, the unit was installed and by that evening I had cool air.
He explained exactly what the cost was , how long it would take to complete and went over the details of the installation using a crane. Then he explained the details of best maintenance practices, filters, and installed a programmable thermostat.
I recently became an Angie's list member and decided to rate his company.
I highly recommend this company and will us them again.
