We shopped around for a washer and dryer and found that Lowes had pretty good prices. I liked that the people working there seemed very low pressure. We didn't feel like we were being pushed into buying something-they just answered our questions. The purchase, delivery and installation were all handled professionally.

It was a nightmare. I had to reorder the door because they ordered the wrong door. I was not happy about the whole experience and will never go there again. They also referred me to the contractor who installed the door.

Poor communication, poor measurement, take all money up front and never offer to give discount due to there errors.

Carpet Installation
Poor, missed measured tile, had to reorder, walked out with 2/3 done and we wait for 2-3 weeks for more tile before job can continue. Rarely call you back. Use Ceasars sub-contractor. Show up 4 hours late.

THEY WERE THE MOST COMPETITIVE OUT OF TEN DIFFERENT BIDS I OBTAINED. THEIR PRICES INCLUDED THE STONE AND INSTALLATION LEAVING NO QUESTIONS OR HIDDEN COSTS. THE WERE INSTALLED ON TIME, AND THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS AWESOME. THEY ALSO DID A FOLLOW-UP, WHICH IS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR TO ME.
