I had the repairs done by another dealer in Texas. Upon returning to Arizona I presented the repair bill to Liberty Buick explaining that it was a fix of their work. The service manager then called the man who had done the work, dressed him down in front of me, embarrassing him needlessly. He then wanted to dicker about how much they should pay for the other dealer's repair of their repair. That j****** was carrying on as though he were a big shot. I was quite embarrassed and annoyed. They do good work there but be warned, that they don't stand behind their work and they treat people badly.

I decided to use them based on my research and they had the car I wanted, so I went and they got me a salesman and I really, really liked him. He was very friendly. I have bought all my cars for the last seven years, my husband just doesn't like to do it, so I do it and so I know and you can tell that some men don't like dealing with woman or think that we don't have the buying power or whatever. However, these guys did not treat me that way at all and even the sales manager walked the lot with my salesman and me. I knew exactly what I wanted and stood firm on what I wanted so they didn't take advantage of me that way but did I get a good deal, who knows?! However, I am happy with what I got. I got a Buick Enclave and what I like about it is that I can take my grand kids because it is very roomy, so that is awesome. It is a nice, big attractive car and I knew I wanted white but they didn't have the white that I really wanted to have and the sales manager was kind of cute about helping me with the color choice I had. I didn't think they took forever with the process, I did some of the paperwork that day and I went back the next day. They put in a sunroof for me because it didn't have one. It was a Saturday and I didn't actually pick it up until Wednesday. The sunroof was supposed to have given to me, so I really don't know if it cost more or if they absorbed it into the total cost. The price was probably competitive.

My experience with them has been excellent. I've had the same service advisor for at least eight years. Usually when you are going to a car dealership, they have a high turnover of service advisors and I've had the same guy.

I really didn't like the service I got there because they forgot to do many things many times to my car. It's like they didn't seem to care what was wrong with my car. I would never go to this place again.

The dealer is pretty good. They are very responsive and prompt. I really think that they know what they are doing. I am not happy with the Buick that I bought from them, but the dealer is great. They fix anything that needs to get fixed.
