We belonged to a smaller one and they went out of business and they transferred the membership over to LA Fitness Sports Club and we have been very pleased with them. So we have stayed there. We have had no problems there. The machines are good, the pool is good, and the temperature is kept at a good level. For us it was just good because they just transferred the contract over for life time contract for the price we were paying at the smaller place. So our pricing is excellent.

I had a trainer at this facility. The place is not as clean as I would like. The trainer was competent, but they did not seem really interested. They do not follow up with you. Not great with motivation. It was not a great experience. Discontinuing the service was a little painful. You have to fax forms in and it took too long.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE FACILITY, THE EQUIPMENT AND OVERALL ATMOSPHERE THAT THE FACILITY DISPLAYED FOR THEIR MEMBERS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO OTHERS.

THE SALESMAN WAS FIRED FOR WRITING INVALID CONTRACTS. I WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT MY MEMBERSHIP WAS INVALID DUE TO THE EMPLOYEE. I PLACED 3 CALLS TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. FINALLY I TALKED TO SOMEONE IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND THEY RESOLVED THE ISSUE. LA FITNESS FINALLY AGREED TO HONOR MY MEMBERSHIP THAT I PAID FOR. THE MANAGEMENT AT THE FACILITY WAS UNPROFESSIONAL.
