I am Jayson and we are a small company, that has 3 employees. I have been in this field for more than 20 yrs. I started my own company, because I saw how these other big companies treated there customers. I did not like treating these customers as a # or just an address. I treat every one like a a person, I am going to earn your trust, and prove that we are the best company for your job. We are honest and dependable. My Grandpa taught me that your word id your bond. If I tell you that I am going to do something, that is exactly what I am going to do. We have some of the lowest prices around, that is because we don't have a large crew, which means low overhead.We do all of our own contracted work, we do Not use subcontractors. License #'s are ROC: L39255978/C39R147748. We do have an initial $20.00 fee to come out to your home, if there is any repair work that needs to be performed, that $20.00 goes towards the repairs. We specialize in all makes and models of A/C and cooler units, from residential to commercial. Any Angie's List inquiries, will be discounted the initial $20.00 will be waived.

I called him again when I had some water seep into the hall bathroom. He was at my door within 30 minutes of my calling him (on a weekend) and discovered one of my existing air conditioning lines had a clog (insects laying eggs). He flushed out the line and everything was fine. No charge for that service. I do have a warranty for labor and parts with the new air conditioner so that may have been the reason.
My last call to him was Tuesday, March 26 to ask him to come and do a maintenance check. He did say that that particular week was very busy but he would get back to me at the end of the week. He called me Friday, March 29th and asked if Monday, April 1st would work for me. He did show up about 10 minutes early for the appointment and did a great job in being thorough in checking the unit and also gave me some helpful pointers about filters.
