INTEGRITY GARAGE DOORS

I've never given a service provider an F before in any category, but Integrity Garage Doors deserves it. I called Tim because the former owners of my house - who usually used very good installers - had bought the garage door from Tim. From the moment I called him, he was incredibly defensive and refused to believe that the problem with my garage door opener (which he hadn't installed, so I can't understand the defensiveness) could be anything other than a programming issue, or me lying about people touching the openers. It's not a programming issue when your garage door opens and closes by itself in the middle of the night when no one else is opening their garage door, nor when it happens only during the summer when the motor gets hot - it's just a crappy door opener! Anyway, Tim came, pulled out the dent in the door, and reprogrammed the opener. He apparently talked way too much, and then (once again) made all kinds of factually inaccurate claims about my garage, e.g. that my water heater isn't vented to the outside, when it absolutely is. He just doesn't seem to be very good at changing his opinion even when the facts don't support it. Surprise surprise, the day after Tim came out and reprogrammed, the garage door started opening and closing by itself again. When I called the main number to let him know and asked to speak to Tim, he wouldn't even tell me it was him I was speaking with: he said "what's this about?" rudely (I hadn't been rude) and then told me I needed a new opener. You know what Tim, you're right! And if you had been something other than an opinionated, incorrect A-hole, I would have bought one from you. But someone else gets my business now.

He was prompt and friendly. However, he talked too much. It took him less than five minutes to jiggle the wire that was loose, but charged full price. He did not check to see if there was anything else that could be wrong with my garage doors.

I thought their service was great.

Made an appointment with Integrity Garage Doors and they were out the next day on time at 10AM. He completed the job in less than an hour. Tim was friendly and offered options, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable and itemized the cost for me. Highly recommend this company.

Overall -- They are friendly, kept me up-to-date, knowledgeable, and right on time; I am really glad that I selected them.. It is so nice to get through to a real person (who is great to talk with!) and talk with both the office person and the technician. Thanks, Mike and Tim; I greatly appreciate your help and friendly service!
I called them on Monday and got through to Mike, the office person. He scheduled a stop for the next day and arranged the time with my tenant. Tim called me from this visit; he had to schedule one more visit, on the following day, and completed the task. He schooled my tenants in the correct use of the opener and the correct way to open a garage door by hand, if needed.
Mike kept me up to date on the progress they made, and they didn't need me to put it on a charge card (I sent him a check directly). I really appreciate a little thing like that! So, everything was finished in a couple of days, I have a great garage door opener in the garage, and am very happy with the friendly, prompt service!

quickly found out my current garage door unit was ancient and gave me great prices for a redo or install a new door, showed me examples; due to finances, decided to redo existing door. Tim quickly discerned what needed to be done, went and got all the necessary parts, worked in extreme heat without any complaining, worked diligently and consistently until all things in place, explained the new features and all the new equipment; I practiced using the new door so I was comfortable and had all my questions answered. Absolutely excellent service and attitude.

Overall it went very well. I feel I can oil my own doors now.

Great service at a grest price. I had an issue with my garage door and it would not open because some bolts came loose. I call Integrity Garage doors and they were able to make it out the same day. The service call charge is $65 + any material.

THIS COMPANY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. VERY FAIR PRICE AND THEY ADJUSTED MY DOOR BECAUSE IT WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY.
