Responsiveness: Rated D by reviewer We no longer call every customer's cell phone the next day, as it can be annoying. We do always ask if there is anything else that we can do for you when we send your invoice to you. Punctuality: Rated C by the reviewer. VACANT & DOOR NOT LOCKED were the instructions from this reviewer. We weren't even late! Professionalism: Rated F by the reviewer. Unfortunately, this reviewer never called us to express any concerns. I had to read about this while having my morning coffee at home this morning.
