They always do a good job and each time they ask me if I want them to do the inside of the home too. So far I'm satisfied with the work that was performed and I have been using their services on a continuing basis. I would recommend them to my friends and relatives. They also treated our home for termites, I find their prices compatible and their services both friendly and professional.

I renewed my termite warranty at the beginning of April and had the inspection scheduled for April 9, 2013.  Gary arrived within the 2-hour window and did the inspection inside and outside, and found evidence of termite activity on the master bathroom wall as well as a minute hole in the ceiling which he said was probably caused by termites.  He said he would have a treatment scheduled when he returned to the office.  On 4/19/13, William arrived within the 2-hour window and treated the termite problem area at no additional cost.

They are professional, in nine years that I've been using them I have only seen a scorpion three times.

The staff is very friendly, they will give you a 30 minute arrival call and they are willing to come out as you need them before the next scheduled appointment.

We have used them from 2004 and we’ve been very happy with them all along. We pretty much had the same technician each time and we are very happy with their professionalism and thoroughness. They do a real good job. If they need to retreat anything they come out and do it at no charge.

They're always very professional. They come when they say they're going to be here. They're always on time. They're always thorough. They always give me an itemize list of what they did after they finish.

They were great and come back out if you have a problem. They are timely when they say they are going to come.

They are very thorough and accommodating to customers.  If I have pesky pests, all I have to do is call them and they come right out and take care of it!

They were good.  They were prompt and professional.  The price was actually pretty good too and probably a little more than others too; but they dealt with the initial part of the system where the insects go through the piping in your home.  I call them to handle such situation.

They do a fine job, there have been no problems. They do all that I need them to do, I am satisfied with them.

They knock on the door, even though we have a plug-in on the side of the house. They could just spray without coming in or seeing us, but they always make sure to come in to tell us what they saw. They go out of the way to inform you of what they find around the house. Sometimes, we'll call them between visits if we see some extra pests. We have been using them for about three years.

They actually lowered the price for us when they finished the job with less labor than expected. Having tried other termite exterminators in the past I would recommend going with these guys first.

I needed a pest control company and immediately sought Angie's List for several companies. I contacted three companies, all three contacted me within the same day but this company's overall price for services quoted appeared to float to the top of the competitoin. I made an appointment for 9:00 am on October 25, the company called me the prior Friday to confirm our appointment at 9:00 a.m. I have a dog so it was important that this time be set as I had to have her out of the house before the exterminator arrived. After TWO hours of waiting I had my dog returned because I did not think they were coming. Just as my dog arrived, so did the exterminator! He told me that there was a "window" of time between 9:00 and 11:00. I assured him that this was not was was relayed to me. Because my dog was now home I asked that he spray the exterior and schedule for the interior. Prior to him leaving, we scheduled for Saturday, October 1, today. On Monday, September 27, I contacted their offices to explain the situation. The individual on the other end of the phone was quite apologetic. He asked if I would like to confirm another appointment. I explained that I needed to be at an appointment by 10:00 on that Saturday and if possible could I have the first appointment, which was at 8:00 a.m. He assured me that the exterminator would be at my house by 8:00 a.m.. They never kept their appointment and they have not called to either apologize or return my calls regarding a refund. It is my opinion that they are very acommodating to get your business and difficult to work with once they get it. As we all know, Saturday's are an important time to get things done we are unable to do during the week. It is apparent that this company doesn't understand the importance of promptness, especially on a weekend. I would never recommend this company to my family or friends.

Technician was very friendly and professional, came promptly, explained process thoroughly. Very pleased with his services.

We have a service contract with them. We use them because that's what the neighborhood uses and we have stuck with them. The gentleman is very nice. The amount we spend is for every three months.

The sales person was most accommodating. The technician arrived on time and carried out his work efficiently and with the greatest of courtesy. When he completed the treatment, he went over the service agreement and explained everything completely. He presented me with a folder containing additional information, which has been helpful as I am a new homeowner in this area.

Negotiated the price from 90 down to 80 dollars for the pest and 50 quarterly for the yard. It's an OK service. They are no worse than the other guys. I think the women in the office are better than the guys who come out.

They do a good job and there are never any problems. They are accurate and make sure to answer all of my questions. They are thorough and do a great job. They are a good company and I would recommend them to anyone. They have good prices as well. I pay for the service monthly.

They were very thorough and the same person comes out every time so we are familiar with him. He is very trustworthy. He comes and gets the job done and there are never any problems.

I am not going to renew my contract with the company. The spray is supposed to last for three months. I always see bugs after a month. They did not come for their scheduled visit in June and tried to charge me. I feel like I am wasting my money.
