 + -1 moreWe paid Joe to do landscape maintenance on our property for 6 months on Sept 17 2011. He seemed like he was trust worthy and reliable. We also wanted to have him install new plantings for us. The last message we received from him was on Nov 1 stating he was out of state due to a death in the family. We feel bad about his situation, however he stated that he would send quotes for the new plantings by Nov 5. We never received any service from him and no estimates. We have left many voice mails and email messages for him without any service. Our only recourse is to seek legal action in order to refund our money.
Description of Work: Services that were to be performed: New plantings in back yard installed along with Irrigation system New Granite. Monthly Maintenance of plantings including weed control
