Called and made arrangements to perform a lot survey for 2 adjacent lots. Location Route Surveying provided a quote for services the same day. Hired them the next day. All work was performed on schedule. Identifiied all property corners and the lot line between the 2 properties. Provided the certified recorded survey for me the next week. Will be hiring them for additional services as my project requires.

They were very quick to respond to our call and and worked to meet our time requirements. The final drawings were well done and the technician went out of his way to do some extra stake markings prior to our fence contractor starting to mark for trenches. Needless to say the fence contractor is very happy as well! The survey disclosed a significant problem with a neighbor's boundary line prior to fence erection, and we were able to work with that neighbor towards resolving that situation before a problem arose. The work was fairly and competitively priced and we were very satisfied.

Even though I wasn't physically present during the boundary survey of the lot, I was kept apprised of the progress and the results on an almost daily basis. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Brian, the survey tech, and would not hesitate to recommend Location Route Surveying to others requiring similar survey or mapping services.
