My wife and I were extremely pleased with everything this crew accomplished. Both bathrooms are virtually perfect and the cooktop was replaced and works flawlessly. The work was a bit pricey, but I believe it was well worth the money. The two main contractors, Mike and Carey were fun, got along well together and worked as a well-oiled machine. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!!

Gaio Contracting Incorporated (GCI) provided excellent, professional workmanship and customer service for the remodel, flooring, and painting of our master bath, master bedroom and closet. From the time the contract was signed, GCI communicated a timeline of events. They first inspected the arrival of our vanity and cabinets and took care of the re-order of cabinet fronts and panels that were received damaged from the factory. Second, they set the timeline of the project start date based on the replacement parts arrival. Once the project was set to begin, they took care of everything. They gave a 3 week timeline to completion. They finished in 3 weeks right on time. Their workmanship and attention to detail was amazing. They went above and beyond the call. We had a few modifications required to complete the project but GCI wasted no time in making the corrections. The modifications were all requested by us. When the shower glass company came to do their measurements, they complimented how square the tile work and walls were. I will be using GCI for the hall bath remodel in fall of this year. I would like to thank Lisa and Rick for really making this project as painless as possible.

Total time from start or Demo to completion of job was 10 1/2 weeks. Only delay was a period of two week for manufacture of new counter tops.

Amazing! They were ALWAYS on time, extremely neat and clean. They put tarps down every morning to protect our flooring. Always friendly and checking to make sure we were happy with each step. Very professional. We would hire them over and over without any concerns.

Rick and his team were very good, they were in constant contact with us throughout the process. We always knew what was going on and how long something would take. They always cleaned up after the days work and made coming home exciting. One of the biggest gift was that my dogs did not have to put outside durning the hot summer months, Rick and crew treated them like they were there own. Thank you so much for the amazing work.

Very well. I love our new bathroom. Everyone was on time, worked consistently and communicated with me and each other. This was a job through Lowe's and the 2 companies have checks and balances in place so that the customer doesn't have to worry. Questions and issues were addressed and taken care if to our satisfaction. I would hire them again and refer them as well.

Very professional, friendly and timely. The attention to detail and customer needs/wants was of primary importance - VERY customer-service oriented. No request was too small, no calls and/or questions were ever unanswered and all done in a very quick response time. I felt they cared about the project but, more importantly, THEY CARED ABOUT ME. it went better than I expected and it was done with the utmost professionalism and consideration. We were told to expect the better part of a week for the job to be done and they started on a Friday and were done on Tuesday afternoon. Super communication too. This was the best contractor experience I've ever had. Rick Gaio is punctual, professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He is very experienced and is a perfectionist, not satisfied until the job is completed to his high standards. I recommend Gaio Construction without reservation.

Rick Gaio provided a detailed, itemized estimate for all the work I wanted. Even after I accepted his estimate, he tried to save me money where ever he could. He always arrived at the time he scheduled, and had his portion of the demolition and construction finished within the 2-week timeframe he had estimated. His subcontractors (granite, tile, and glass installers) were all very professional, and everyone cleaned up their areas at the end of each workday. I would definitely hire Gaio Contracting again for any remodeling or construction job.

Our home has been ready for an update/remodel for some time. Gaio Contracting did exceptional work, they are easy to talk to, clean up each day they work to lesson the inconvience of remodeling, move & move back furniture as needed. Gaio Contracting is very pleasant to deal with. I have never heard them swear, which is important to to me. Gaio Contracting is willing to go over how to care for your newly installed flooring or fixtures. Always ready with a solutions to concerns I had and ready with suggestion on how to maximize a remodeling idea. We are looking forward to working with Gaio Contracting soon to finish updating our home. Excellent company!

Mr. Gaio is a professional. Always prompt, never a "no-show", Mr. Gaio was wonderful to work with. Quotes were dead on. His eye for detail made everything go so much smoother than I expected. He's also a perfectionist - no shoddy work here ever! Before he and his help leave for the day, all work areas are cleaned and swept - no traces left behind. As you can tell by the list of work he has done for us, we are extremely happy with him.

EXCELLENT!!!! We have remodeled 3 houses in the past 15 years, and used many different contractors. Rick Gaio and Gaio Contracting is by far the best we have ever had. Accurate, easy to read proposal with no surprises. On time every day, worked hard to keep the dust and mess contained and the finished shower is beautiful. His suggestions helped us save money on the project, and improved the quality and appearance. I was pleasantly surprised by how much he cleaned up at the end of every day - that might sound like a small thing, but trust me, with 5 animals in the house, it was awesome not to have them tracking dirt and dust around, or to have to worry that they would get into something toxic, or get hurt by something sharp. I will hire Gaio again for our next project without question!
