We shopped 3 different contractors before moving forward. Glenn had some very good insights on remodeling our home and his bid was by far the best. . Now it looks like a designer home. He has a lot of good contacts for materials and design. 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, hallways, floors were all gutted. He even helped with a couple side projects that I just didnâ t have time for and they completed on time and at the budget. We had some upgrades but Glenn kept us informed and we were always able to get ahold of him. Plus he and his guys are super nice and very helpful. I wouldnâ t trust anyone else!

Highly recommend. They do great work and the GC and owner is amazing to work with. Very thorough, honest, and i am beyond satisfied with the home they built for my mom. What started as a pool room, attached to a garage, has turned into a 2bd/2ba home that my mom loves. He exceeded our expectations and I will continue he to use him for other projects.

Glen built us a 150 sq.ft frame and stucco addition plumbed for washer, dryer, water heater, and softener. He also redid the main electrical service. We got three bids for the same work. Glenâ s bid was in the middle, but his workmanship is top notch. Upon completion of the project I was not billed the total quoted cost. He didnâ t incur the cost so he didnâ t bill me. Glen is a straight shooter.

Added a hobby room to an oversized garage. It included drywall, framing, insulation, finished carpentry, electrical, heat pump installation and painting. New interior and exterior doors were also installed. Glen and his crew are skilled craftsman and did an outstanding job. He is very trustworthy, detail oriented and responsive. I would give him six stars if this was possible.

Glen restored our 1960s house to its mid-century splendor. He remodeled our home (read: gutted it top to bottom) and left no detail undone. The floors are perfect, the walls are smooth and beautiful, the switches, handles and outlets all replaced, there was no detail spared. He picked a beautiful aqua color for our front and back door and carried that color through to the barn doors on our office, which was a clever design idea I donâ t know if I would have thought to do myself. Glen has a wonderfully calm demeanor, is so easy to talk to, and has been such a valuable resource for my husband and I since weâ re new to the area. Any time we needed a little bit of home advice I feel comfortable reaching out. We also called him back for a smaller project to add some additional cabinetry to our kitchen after we found out we were having a baby, and he was quick to respond, reasonably priced, and set perfect expectations on how long it would take to complete. We would highly recommend Glen and his team, they are professional, courteous, responsive, and kind.

We could not have been happier with the customer service, quality of craftsmanship or the timely manner that our project was completed. It is very evident that Glen truly cares about his work, the little details that make a difference and leaving his customer satisfied with their experience. We had a major project completed at our house, an addition of 1000 sq/ft plus a 2-car garage with an entire interior and exterior remodel. Glen was with us every step of the way. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of home remodeling and building, worked hard to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and worked diligently to meet all the timelines set without cutting corners or losing quality of the work. Glen made himself available to us from the moment we sat down to discuss plans and timeline all the way past the completion date to make sure everything was ok and that we were satisfied. Doing a major project can be daunting for many reasons but if you want a job well done you will without a doubt find that from Glen Forbes. Our house is now the gem of the neighborhood, and we are incredibly satisfied with our choices.
