+ -1 moreHe was $600.00 cheaper for service than the people that I purchased the elevator from. The other company wanted $750.00 to come out twice a year to service it. Flanigan Lifts only charged me $175.00 and said it only needs to be done once a year. I had a difficult time finding someone to service my elevator, so I was happy to have found him. He is going to call me this week or next to set up an appointment. He is very nice and personable. He does installation and service of elevators in both residential and commercial settings.
Description of Work: I am going to use Flanigan Lifts to service my home elevator.
