We had a gate installed by Fence Pros in 2022. Installation was super easy to schedule and complete. The workers were competent and explained a fantastic warranty that came with the gate. They would replace and repair no questions asked, "better than the manufacturer" 3 years later we called them for repairs because the auto closing magna lock is no longer auto closing. Not to mention several panels are starting to wear. We were told the warranty does not cover any of thisAt that point we still wanted to work with them. The owners were out of town but we were told we would hear back the following week to see when we could get on the schedule. The conversation left off on a promise of a lower service if we could be flexible on scheduling since they are, "rarely in queen creek now." Over 3 weeks later, I call them to follow up because we never heard back. I am told, "yes i see you guys on the board. Not sure what happened." They would no longer honor what was previous said. Horrible.

Horrible experience! These guys cant even properly install a gate. They have more excuses than solutions. I was quoted 6 weeks to receive my gate, it ended up being almost three months by the time it was installed. Installers were unable to firmly install the gate and i ended up hiring a separate company who had several years of experience who was able to complete the job. Do your research. These amateurs have no clue what they are doing! At the end you will end up spending more money to get their work fixed by a professional.

fast and efficient

They did the job requested, but could have done more...this company is not very customer service oriented. Example: they couldn't fill the hole with a filler like quickCrete or put some oil on the hinges to stop squeeking. I should them another gate which could have been improved, but didn't seem interested in helping. I would have paid for additional work, as long as they were here.
