water heater repair
+ -1 moreI THOUGHT IT WAS OVERPRICED FOR THE JOB REPAIR AND I DIDN'T KNOW I WOULD BE CHARGED $36 FOR TRAVEL TO MY HOME. I ALSO DIDN'T FEEL THE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE FIRST TIME HE ATTEMPTED TO WELD A PIECE, IT BROKE AND HE HAD TO SPEND LONGER TRYING TO FIX IT. HE DID SHOW UP ON A LAST MINUTE NOTICE THOUGH AND RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO MY REQUEST. I JUST WISH THEY WOULD'VE BEEN MORE UPFRONT WITH THE CHARGES. I CHOSE THEIR COMPANY BECAUSE OF A LOW ESTIMATE FOR REPAIR, BUT BY THE TIME THEY ADDED ON THEIR TRIP LABOR AND OTHER LABOR CHARGES, THEY WERE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER COMPANIES I CALLED FOR ESTIMATES.
Description of Work: REPLACED A BROKEN VALVE ON HOT WATER HEATER.
