STEAMING HOT!! I hired this company to switch from two shower valves to a single shower valve. Now I no longer have the choice of just cold tap water (in AZ during summer cold tap is about 96 degrees in my area) I was never told that I would be giving up the option of just cold tap water with the single valve until after I complained about this issue of very hot water. My hot water heater is as low as it can go, 120 degrees, so now because of this single shower valve that this company installed the coolest temperature I can get is 108 degrees for my shower to pressurize. This company came out to check the front part of the shower and said they did nothing wrong and nothing could be done to change it, but never checked the work that was done in the wall. I am not a plumber and know nothing about plumbing but I find it very hard to believe that this is the case for everyone that gets a single valve installed in their shower. My showers are now intolerable and short because of the hotness, i really used to enjoy my showers but not any more, my hair is fried, skin irritated, i get short of breath every time i take a shower from the heat. My kids cannot handle the heat either and I am heart broken every time I have to make them take a shower. I am in the process of finding another plumber to check their work and will update this post when I get a diagnosis.

We have used Chris in the past and plan on continuing to use him and recommend him to friends and family. Very polite, responsive and trustworthy. We appreciate knowing a plumber who does quality work and is a quality person.

Outstanding! Accommodated our odd schedule and did the work on a weekday evening. Professional, polite and personable. Did the job exceptionally well. We really appreciated the follow up call the next day to make sure everything was ok. We'll definitely use this company again. Would also recommend to our friends and family.

Chris did a great job. He came out one day and did the disconnect and then came out the next and got everything reconnected. He was very prompt and was just a nice person to deal with.
