Mike and his team were extremely responsive when we had a major water flood in one of our restrooms in a commercial building, they were there immediately and went to work to save our floors and drywall. They were professional, very well informed about how they would handle and fix, and the price was extremely competitive. I would definitely recommend and hire them again.

Horrible. Worked with the roofer directly and paid him directly. When I received the final bill from Disaster Plus there was additional charges for the roof. When I asked about the charges I was told that was for the first time the roofer came out. The roofer told me in person that he just put a patch and would have to come back to actually fix the roof. Disaster Plus then threatened to put a lien on my house if I did not pay over $500 for work NOT done. They were also upset I did the flooring myself and texted me,"you did the flooring IM NOT loosing any more money from this deal". This was after my insurance company was charged 1750 for the cleanup. Roof was 650 (quoted 500 no big deal great work), and 900 for drywall. Avoid at all costs.
