Great. Our roof was originally installed ten years ago, and the wood shake still looks great. Sometimes you might wonder if a ten year warranty from any business is worth much since so many businesses go out of business or change names. Diamond Roofing has been in business a long time, and stands behind their product. They are competitively priced and professional. We were happy with every stage of the process.

They were very responsive and willing to negotiate price to get the job. They began the job when they said they would and finished the work in a reasonable timeframe. The roof looks great!

They did a really good job. The guys were punctual, respectful, thorough and were hard workers. I haven't had any problems with the roof because they know what they're doing. They know the job and if I have questions they always explain to me.

Competitive pricing. Prompt responses. Easy and quick to get quote. Work was done efficiently and professionally, no mess left. Roof looks great. They had some bad ratings but I think they are trying to improve.

When we needed Steve to inspect a few items on the roof, as we were selling the home, he promised to come out by the end of the week. Not only did he not show by weeks end, he never returned multiple phone calls.

Although the qualifty of his work is good, the follow through on cusotmer service and the honoring of the warranty leave a lot to be desired.

As a result, we would not recommend Diamond Roofing moving forward, as their are numerous other contractors for one to choose from.

I used Steve and crew to reroof my house and have since referred him to others and I have been very happy as have others. Their price is great, they show up and do great work. The re-roof recently of the conversion looked great and did a quality job as always.

Work went a day or two longer than planned but otherwise went without a problem. There was some additional roofing plywood needing to be replaced that was done without any fuss. Owner kept me up to date on progress and if there were going to be any overages. All was completed in budget. Work group was very attentive to clean up and getting the trim flashing details done - overall, the roof and trim were in better shape than it had been in years. In one spot some nails were used that were longer than needed and they show through in a couple of spots and a few had to be cut to do some painting.

They're super nice to deal with. They're clean and they work in a very efficient manner. Their prices are definitely very reasonable and he went out of his way to get us the best price. The job looks like the house should have looked when it was built. He did a really great job.

BID PRICE WAS IN LINE WITH OTHER ESTIMATES RECEIVED. PROJECT WAS COMPLETED IN THREE DAYS INCLUDING TEAROFF. WORKERS DID A NICE JOB WITH ASSEMBLY AND CLEANUP.
